Carissa was lost, and she knew it. She was standing in a long corridor cursing herself for losing her way. But she was newly transferred and not sure of where she was going. She looked back behind her, then in front of herself, hoping to see someone who could help her get un-lost. She started walking again and finally, she came to a partially opened door. She peeked in and realized that it was an office.
And there was someone in it. Carissa tapped lightly on the door frame to announce her presence and stood confidently. Whoever she was, she was older, and most likely a Professor. And Carissa didn't want to make a bad first impression. "Excuse me? But I seem to have gotten lost. I'm Carissa O'Hara. I just arrived here and I actually got lost." She was slightly embarrassed to admit it, but she figured that she might as well be honest.
"I don't suppose you could tell me how to get back to the Common Room from here?" She asked her with a shy smile on her face.
